All Fisher Space Pens and Space Pen refills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please send the complete product to us for repair or replacement. We recommend you insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Upon receipt, your Fisher Space Pen product will be thoroughly inspected to determine the cause of the malfunction. To return your item, please follow these instructions: securely package the item in a small box. Include your order number, name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. If you don’t have an order number from us, please tell us where you got your Space Pen.

The Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) replaces, as of 13 June 2014, Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance selling. This new EU-Directive applies a single withdrawal period of 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. If you wish to withdraw from your contract please let us know by sending us a letter or an email stating the following:
"I hereby give notice that I wish to withdraw our agreement relating to the sale of the following goods:
looking forward to your confirmation."
Please make sure to return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated to withdraw from the contract. All the costs and risks of the return shipment shall be borne by customer. Upon receipt of the goods we shall reimburse all payments already made, including the standard shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after the returned goods have been received.
